Terms of Service

By accessing or using TraditionalMatrimony.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the contracting entity for your region:

• Customers in India: Zoa Zone Services Pvt Ltd, 376, G3, Road No 82, Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500096, India. Payments in INR are processed securely via Cashfree Payments.
• Customers outside India: Zoa Zone Services LLC, 1770 Grand Concourse 12A, Bronx, NY 10457, USA.

• You must be 18 years of age or older and of legal marriageable age as per the law applicable to you, to register and use this Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform.
• By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true and genuine.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are misused.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile.
• Harass, intimidate, threaten, or stalk other members.
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Upload obscene, offensive, or illegal content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

• We offer Free, Pro, Premium, and Elite Private plans with different features and pricing as described on our Pricing page. All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (₹), exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• For customers in India, payments in INR are processed securely via Cashfree Payments.
• Auto-renewal: where a plan includes auto-renewal, it is set up as a mandate via UPI AutoPay, eNACH, or a card mandate at the time of purchase. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and your plan remains active until that date with no further charges.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account settings or by emailing care@zoazoneservices.com. Refunds, where eligible, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Profile verification: profiles may be subject to document verification and review by our team. Providing false or misleading information may lead to suspension or termination of the account.
• No guarantee of match: we facilitate introductions but do not guarantee any particular outcome, including marriage.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, text, etc.). However, by uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate the Platform and provide services to other members. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

TraditionalMatrimony.com facilitates connections between members but does not guarantee any particular outcome, including marriages or relationships. All interactions between members are voluntary. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by members or for the outcome of any meetings or communications that occur through the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the reputation of the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraditionalMatrimony.com and Zoa Zone Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

For customers in India: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

For customers outside India: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, USA.
