We do not ship any physical goods. No shipping charges, dispatch, or delivery timelines apply.

Delivery Details

Once your payment succeeds, your chosen membership plan is activated immediately and accessible from your account dashboard — there is no waiting period and no physical delivery.
Account-related communication (welcome emails, invoices/receipts, OTPs) is sent electronically to your registered email address.
In the rare event a payment succeeds but your membership is not activated, contact us at care@zoazoneservices.com — we will activate your access promptly or refund the amount as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
